Let's meet. Book a StreamWerk demo
Let’s meet virtually and talk about StreamWerk and your event. We’ll walk you through the StreamWerk platform, you tell us what you’re planning – and together we’ll look at how StreamWerk would be tailored around your event.
What to expect
- See the platform live – not a slide deck
- Get a setup mapped to your event, not a generic package
- Find out what your existing recordings are still worth
- See real output from real events, so you know what you are buying
- Straight answers on timeline, effort and what we need from you
- Clear pricing before you commit to anything
- Talk to the people who build the platform, not a sales team
- 30 minutes, no obligation – and useful either way
FAQs about the meeting
What actually happens on the call?
We show you the platform running on a real event, and then we spend most of the time on yours. There is no deck. If you already have a date and a rough programme, bring them - we can be quite concrete.
Is this a sales pitch?
No. It is half an hour with the people who build the platform. If StreamWerk is not right for your event, we would rather say so on the call than three emails later.
Who should join from my side?
Whoever owns the event, and if you have one, whoever owns the content after it. Two or three people works best. More than that and it stops being a conversation.
How do we meet?
Google Meet, usually. If your organisation runs on Teams, Zoom or something else, just say so when you book and we will send the invite for that instead.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No. A link to last year's event or your current programme helps us get specific faster, but nothing is required.
My event is months away - is it too early to talk?
Earlier is better. The decisions that make the content work afterwards - how sessions are captured, what you promise speakers and sponsors - are cheapest to make before the programme is locked.
My event has already happened - is it too late?
No. If you have recordings, we can look at what they are still worth. A lot of what StreamWerk produces comes out of footage that is already sitting on a drive.
Can I get pricing on the call?
Often, yes - once we know the size and format of your event we can usually give you a solid estimate on the spot. Some setups we need to do the maths on properly, and then we come back to you with a real number instead of guessing in the moment.
What happens after the call?
You get a short summary of what we discussed. If it looks like a fit, a proposal built around your event. If it does not, nothing - no sequence, no follow-up drip.
Didn't find your answer? Ask us directly - hey@streamwerk.io and we will answer before the call.
