AI at conferences in 2026

What AI can actually do at a conference - and what it means for your next edition.

What StreamWerk can do

StreamWerk captures your sessions once and gets two jobs out of that single recording: an AI-run event day for the people in the room, and a year of thought leadership from what was said on stage. Here is everything it does.

StreamWerk vs. the usual event stack
Feature StreamWerk
Live takeaways while the session is still running

Takeaways, not a transcript

Each session is categorised into Key Takeaways as the speaker talks, so the room has something worth reading before the applause has died down. A transcript is a record of what was said; a takeaway is the part somebody will act on.

Ask about the point you half remember

The session you were not in

Attendees can ask about a moment from any session that was captured, including the three running at the same time as the one they picked.

Sponsor visibility while the event is still live For organizers
Speaker recaps ready before the venue is cleared

Out before everyone goes home

Recaps and highlights are generated as the sessions end, and speakers see their own recap first. The follow-up does not wait a fortnight for someone to find the time.

Sponsored reports with numbers instead of a logo placement

What a sponsor actually bought

Sponsors get measurable value tied to the sessions their audience sat in, reported as numbers. A logo on a banner is not a result.

REALTIME AI + THOUGHT LEADERSHIP

Live on the day. Working for you all year.

Every session is captured once. While the event is running, that capture becomes live takeaways and an eventsite your audience can question in real time. From the morning after, the same material turns into your thought leadership platform - the reports, content and insight that carry your name through the whole year.

See how StreamWerk works

A live walkthrough rather than a slide deck: the event day as your audience experiences it, and the hub that keeps working through the year afterwards.

Pick a date - half an hour is enough to show you the whole thing, on a real event rather than a demo account.

FAQs about StreamWerk

Do we have to change how we run the event?

No. StreamWerk listens to the stages and sessions you already have. There is no new format to design, no extra moment to schedule, and your AV setup stays as it is - the capture runs alongside it.

What do attendees get while the event is still running?

Live takeaways from the session in front of them, realtime captions, live translation in their own language, and the ability to ask about the point they half remember and get an answer drawn from what was actually said.

What about the sessions nobody could attend?

Every session is captured, not just the ones with someone in the room. Attendees get notes from the whole programme, which is usually the part of a multi-track conference that quietly goes to waste.

Do speakers have to agree to being recorded?

Yes, and StreamWerk captures that consent before the recording starts rather than chasing it afterwards. Speakers see what will be produced from their session, which is also why most of them share their recap.

How much work is this for our team?

One capture, then the assets come out of it. Recaps, notes, social posts and reports are generated from the sessions instead of being written from a blank page, so the work your team does is choosing and publishing.

How quickly do we have something to publish?

Speaker recaps are ready before the venue is cleared. Social assets and session notes follow in the days after, and the longer-form material - reports and whitepapers - across the months that follow.

What is in it for our sponsors?

Visibility while the event is still live, and afterwards sponsored reports that carry numbers rather than a logo placement. That is inventory your commercial team can price and renew against.

Is this one product or two?

One capture, two products. The event day is Realtime AI for live events; everything that comes after is the Thought Leadership platform. Most customers buy both, because the second is free material once the first is running.
